Processing time
After you place your order, we'll get to work for you as quickly as possible. Our warehouse does its utmost to ship your order(s) within 4 business days. If the shipping time is longer than 4 business days, this will be indicated with the product details. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a delivery date.
Please note: Saturday, Sunday and
Holidays are not shipping days. In addition, Sundays and
holidays are never delivered, and on Mondays in some cases
regions where no letterbox post is delivered.

That's possible! Each product can be shipped separately and delivered to your home.

You will receive detailed information about how to return the item by email. Do not return anything without this confirmation. Each order is returned to a different return address.
– You must return the item within 14 days of notification. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless we specify otherwise.
– We will refund the total purchase amount to your account as soon as possible, within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the
order.
Order which has a limited shelf life?
It is not possible to return perishable products, such as flowers, meals, or fresh snacks. This is in accordance with the Distance Selling Act, which stipulates that "goods with a limited shelf life" cannot be returned.
